The unforgettable CB craze of the seventies inspired Jeep's 10-4 appearance package for the 1979 J-10 pickup - One of a memorable series of special graphics treatments available on Jeeps in those days. The '79 J-10 pickup evolved from Jeep's rough-and-tough Gladiator pickups of the early Sixties, but by time this mean machine was truckin' on down the highway, Jeep engineers had added a gutsy 360-cubic-inch V-8 engine and quadra-Trac four-wheel drive.
