Description:
The Chevy Monza dominated the 1976-77 IMSA GT Championship seasons which inspired the one-year-only Monza "Mirage" option for 1977. The Mirage came with V8 power, flared fender panels, air dam, spoiler and patriotic red and blue stripe package over white paint. In 1977 GM proposed an even more aggressive version called the Monza Rapide with a wider body kit and large whale tail rear spoiler.
